The "Accept Uncertainty" podcast series offers fresh perspectives that expand consciousness and promote a philosophy of healing as a conscious state that enables fruitful and inspiring creation. This philosophy of healing is a practical way of life that should be foundational in an advanced world.
The podcast sheds new light on big, scary words like: uncertainty, healing, artificial intelligence, climate crisis, consciousness, economy, God, money, religion, genetics, freedom, war, peace, disease, life, and death. These are words we've defined, injected with meaning, or inherited with pre-existing definitions. They govern us, control us, but primarily limit us, and often create unnecessary suffering.
The "Accept Uncertainty" project began a decade ago, as my personal project. As Efrat algressi, I embarked on a journey of healing, delving deep into these words through introspection into myself and the world around me. Since then, it has inspired countless people worldwide.
I'm sharing my healing journey with the world, and the world is embarking on it alongside me.
In this process, I break down and infinitely expand every definition I've inherited, learned, adopted, or solidified. This allows for freedom in thought, being, creation, and existence. A freedom that brings a new spirit rooted in uncertainty - as the source of healing, and healing - as the purpose of existence.
Nearly a decade ago, I began writing, speaking, and advocating for what I termed “my healing”, dedicating my life to it, I saw the world going through the same stages along with me. This is what I write about, from within myself, a moment befor they manifest in the world.
“Accept uncertainty” is my "proof of concept" that unfolds every moment, and I bring this idea to the "experiment of the masses," but only seemingly so, because healing isn't something you prove, healing is an ongoing process, and when you live in harmony with it, your potential is limutless.
"Accept Uncertainty" inspires us to seek healing and create naturally within a space of uncertainty. What kind of world do we build, what do we create, do we promote good or evil, what do we choose? These are all outcomes of the level of naturalness and freedom with which our consciousness operates within a space of uncertainty and its desire for healing through acceptance. Ultimately, we operate in a space of uncertainty whether we accept it or not, and we strive for healing whether consciously or unconsciously. The necessary evolution for the world and for each of us, at this stage, is to recognize this openly and consciously.
Why? Because our unconscious actions in these spaces are relics of the past and create unnecessary illness, suffering, wars, and burdens on the environment.
The idea of "Accept uncertainty" as a starting point aims to dismantle the fear of the unknown and, with conscious effort, transform it into an active partner in our lives. I believe this goal is universally important and we should strive to promote it in every way.
I invite you on a fascinating journey where we explore thr uncertainty and ourselves, and together create a world where the fear of the unknown doesn't control us.
I believe we live in an era where the certainty we embraced in the modern era is revealed as an illusion. Therefore, "Accept uncertainty" is not a philosophical idea but a practical and necessary tool that allows us to navigate our lives with flexibility and creativity. It's a tool that I strive to bring to consciousness in every field and for everyone. "Accept uncertainty" is a universal and timeless language that we must relearn and adapt to this time, both in spirit and in matter.
Beyond writing, I engage in other dimensions which I will introduce in a more intimate chapter. In this format and at this stage, I utillize my writing to create podcasts with the help of AI. My formats evolve over time, according to my needs and readiness. The pieces I've written over the years can be found on www.acceptuncertainty.com , a site where I continue to write constantly.
In the past, we made efforts to translate into English and several other languages, to make the idea as accessible as possible. Today, this is not really necessary, as advanced translation tools are at everyone's disposal, and communication no longer requires such efforts.
Since the beginning of the project, we have witnessed the creation of a reality in the spirit of what was written -
The COVID-19 pandemic brought uncertainty into the discourse, words like "healing" became more commonplace, concepts were broken, and many of us sought introspection – these are things I wrote about long before their time, to provide an opportunity for healing for those who seek and are ready for it.
When I saw that the concepts were going to break, I felt them break within me. When I wrote about introspection as a necessary peak stage in healing, I wrote after examining every movement, every thought, and every intention of mine with a magnifying glass. When I started the "Accept Uncertainty" project, I identified from the depths of my being the place where healing begins – every healing begins from uncertainty and operates within it.
If you follow my work, you see the creation of a reality that is manifested in the world. Everyone has their own mission and the scale they need.
I met Orly twelve years ago, and together we founded “The Red Swan”, with her bringing me and the world infinite knowledge from boundless observation in the fields of healing, medicine, medications, and therapies. Back then, I didn't know that I was laying the groundwork for my healing journey, in which I was drawn to seek these from authentic, natural, divine sources.
The greatest challenge in healing, from the beginning and throughout, is faith. Faith and trust in yourself.
Today, when I hear the word "healing" in everyday discourse, among young people, children, and adults alike, even if it is not yet fully realized but is only expressed as a concept, I am filled with satisfaction and great love because something of our mission is being fulfilled.
There were those who claimed that my goal was megalomaniacal, impossible, a fight against windmills. There were those who tried to take the wind out of my sails, but I walk my path with complete faith and trust. And yes, there is still a way to go, and thank goodness there is still a way to go, because there is no greater thrill and fulfillment in this world than the work of healing. And I continue to create reality and invite everyone to create it together, because to enable healing as a way of life, unity is required.
